How I Dress My Reborn Babies
When I am finishing one of my reborns I just love getting to the process of dressing them up, I love to frequent baby shops or even department chains stores to keep an eye on new beanies or flower headbands for my dolls. Often the doll almost speaks to you, when you look at your finished baby and think back on the time you spent creating her, it’s easy to see what sort of looks she needs to have, then its just all about finding the right outfit to go with her colouring. I just adore all the pretty old fashioned dresses and love trying to source great quality hand knitted items from all over the world. There is nothing quite like seeing a beautiful little reborn baby dressed to the nines in bloomers, booties, dress and bonnet. It really sets the doll apart from others, when you look at the amount of auctions for the Reborn Babies, I personally find it really important to make sure mine are a cut above the others and their attire is something that can’t easily be replicated. Even the cuter baby items that are mass produced and readily available when put together with the right things, can produce a really unique look.
